I am making a prom dress, but am unsure as to how the collar goes on it, and how to sew the collar. As I have lining, interfacing, crushed velvet, and an organza overlay. All it shows on the instructions is turning down the outside edge, doesn't say whether you stitch it, and what you are stitching if you are, then machining the inside edge, but again is that with or without lining. The pattern is simplicity 8289 dress. Just need help in explaining the pattern.

I need 2 custom made pairs of high waist, midnight green paramedic/ambulance ladies trousers. The uniform just doesn’t fit in any way shape of form. I have an existing pair of office/formal wear trousers that I can provide as a copy, but there would be some minor differences. I would you to/need help with buying the correct colour and stretch material etc. I am located in Hook, RG27 so looking for someone as close as possible to me.
