Replace a chandelier with a new light fixture in my living room

Hi, I need a small 60cm shelf installed securely on an internal wall. I believe the wall is plaster over brick. I previously tried installing it but the holes didn’t hold properly, so they’ve now been filled and will need fresh holes drilled into solid brick behind the plaster. The shelf will only hold light items (a small box and a candle), but I want it fitted securely and level. Please bring appropriate tools and fixings for brick walls. Thanks 🙂

Started to fit two shelves but realised I don’t have time. The pilot holes may be in the wrong place, but it can be rescued as the wrong holes should be covered by the shelf once it’s fit. I’d like a 50” TV mounted onto my wall with a full motion TV mount, as well as 3 floating shelves either side (all to be square and parallel) the wall is a stud wall, but very tricky to find them even with stud finder!
