Floor tiling and wall tiling

I have two large hearth tiles that need to be cut as they’re square shape but need to be rectangular to fit into the hearth. Please can someone cut these to fit? Shouldn’t be a huge job (hopefully) they are 59x59 but need cut into 40x50~~

Grout is cracked around the drains of my ensuite walkin shower which urgently need to be fixed as it might potential be a source of leak. I have been told that this need to be fixed with silicone, as the grout will not stick to the old one. Please confirm the above is correct and provide your available this week. Preferably Monday 29/04 or Tuesday 30/04.

Tiling one wall in bathroom (the grey-tiled wall in the first photo) and the front of the bath, with two colours of tiles to create a striped effect (see second photo). The total area measures 2.4m x 1.6m. The tiles are Mandarin Stone Hoxton Porcelain tiles measuring 24cm x 6cm each. I am flexible when this task is done. I have existing tiled shower enclosure walls that have cracks in the grout that are causing a leak. I need the existing grout dug out and fresh grout applied tidily. The silicone sealant around various joints also needs to be removed and replaced with fresh silicone sealant. Work needs to be tidy! What looks like a crack in the shower tray is a previous repair that is good and does not need any attention. - Due date: Flexible

Unfortunately when I bought this property the splashback had all rotted. The tap as a result has come loose as the fittings no longer hold the tap in place. I would need someone to be able to refit the tap, whether that is a new one or the existing one I don't mine and then tile the splashback. Hello We are trying to update a few things around the home and need a multi skilled person who can complete task to a high standard. We need our bathroom retiled over the bath, old tiles will need to be removed. Tiles and grout will be provided. Shower rail and bath panel to be put up after tiling is completed. In addition we need laminate flooring to be laid in our small hallway. Flooring is provided.
