Need a hand laying self adhesive tiles i started but there’s some tricky areas to cut around which i didn’t really understand just the bathroom and kitchen very small rooms just kitchen just a bit longer than the photo

Fit approximately 1700sq/ft (155 sq/m) of carpet tiles. Includes removing & disposing of old tiles. Fitters must be experienced & can demonstrate previous work. No furniture moving required. Space is empty.

Looking to get a bathroom re-grouted and resealed. The bathroom is completely tiled. The grouting on the bathroom floor and bottom half of the shower is getting old, cracking and the sealing needs replacing. It's not necessary to get the whole bathroom regrouted. I would need waterproof grouting (beige / sand coloured) and suitable bathroom sealant (clear or beige). If you don't have materials, I can buy them if you require - but please let me know what to buy. I'm based in Central London Bloomsbury, 5 minutes walk from Holborn or Tottenham Court Road. There is no parking nearby so best if you're able to come via public transport.
