I'd like my kitchen tiles on the wall replaced. It's about 2 sq metres. The existing tiles will be removed by myself. I'm outside the congestion charge zone and have a parking space.

The shower and bathroom floor need regrouting and the silicone replacing on the shower doors and entrance to shower

I have vinyl flooring in my bathroom and want to change to tiles. I live in a ground floor housing association property and we cannot move the toilet or sink so the tiling would have to be able to fit around these obstacles rather than underneath them. The room is about 8’ long and about 2’6” wide from the wall to the side of the bath and about 3’ 6” approx at the widest point. I have a wooden floor in the hall and there is a matching wooden gripper bar across the door entrance which I would like to keep. The tiles are obviously deeper than the existing vinyl so was wondering if this bar would pose a problem or would the tiles just butt up against it. I am looking at getting quite large tiles, about 50cm x 50cm. Is this something you might be interested in. You would be welcome to come and take a look if that would give you a better idea.
