Hi so I need a tiler or tilers to dig up and replace existing tiles in photo. I also need existing brick work and outdoor walls jet washed. Need quotes to see how much it would roughly cost

1. Remaining part of porcelain slabs in garden The guys did a big part of job of digging, clearing up, and putting membrane & a base of MOT1 etc for concrete in garden and also have put some tiles. I’ve to go on holidays and we couldn’t finish it all before that so remaining tiles still need to be layed after adding cement and sand. Now the guys are busy for sometime and I’m exploring to get it completed sooner. This will also require a bit extra work on edges & corners to get the same levels. For example, cut lower end of one door etc. 2. I need to level one fence and to paint the wooden fences. 3. The small entrance gate also needs fixing with cement (should be quick) and some paint 4. Join 2 pipes & a small edge moulding strip with a solution (should be quick) 5. Paint a wall (use easy fill to fill up any small nail holes) 6. Experienced handyman needed to complete decorations to downstairs living room and also repair works on upstairs bathroom. Jobs to complete: 1) downstairs living room - seal and fill areas affected by leak. Painting and any plastering necessary on walls and ceiling. Ceiling to be painted white. 2) painting of flat roof with bitumen paint and also realignment of guttering. You will need a large ladder to do this. 3) upstairs bathroom - complete tiling work. * Silicone around sink area and bath tub to be replaced. * 2 tiles on side of sink area to be fixed (as per photos). * Investigate gap around window in bathroom externally and internally (as per photo where towels have been placed). A gap was seen here and expanding foam can be used to fill this. * Small piece of wood filler in-between bath tub and main cupboard. * Main cupboard can be painted to freshen this up. * Handle of main cupboard to be added and handle on cupboard under sink to be put back in place. * Mirror next to bath tub to be replaced - measurements to be taken for this. * Bulb and pull cord to be replaced. 4) 2 windows in conservatory and 1 window in downstairs toilet require parts of hinges to be replaced so they can close properly. Downstairs sink in toilet needs attention to fix blockage. Various pictures are included but not everything listed above. You will need to bring all parts/ materials needed including paint but I will pay for the cost of these so keep receipts. To complete ASAP.
