My kitchen is 2.5m², and I understand the usual price ranges between £30-£70 per m². I’m happy to offer £200 and will provide all the materials. I’m looking for the job to be done around April.

Hi, I'm looking for an experienced builder with tools. I've recently had a new shower unit installed and require a builder to replace c30 bathroom tiles and install a shower screen. There is a slight hiccup, the previous builder cemented the piping into the wall and the cement is somewhat proud. This would need to be levelled for the tilling to be completed.

I need someone who can detect a shower room leak, which is over flowing into my garage below. A specialist came round to reseal the shower unit but this has not solved the problem. Potentially the problem lies with the shower tiles themselves need re-grouting.
