Need to do sealant for bathtuband bathroom flooring

Grouting around shower needs to be removed and new grout applied. Silicon sealing around bath and shower screen needs replacing. I'll provide materials. I would also consider the silicon being redone and the grouting removed, i would then apply the new grout myself.

I need a small arra of the main bathroom regrouted, not the whole room, just where the shower is and the bath resealed.
