Tenant has requested a new toilet seat (with a cover). I can measure and order the new seat, and will liase with the tenant / agent to gain access - and we will go together and you will remove the old one and attach the new. Please advise any additional materials that we will need.

To install a toilet seat. One of the bolts from the broken seat still remains in the hole. It needs to be removed with a hacksaw or electric saw.

The old seat has been in place for, we assume, many many years. We just cannot get the old fittings out. The screw just turns and turns, think it’s stuck in the fitting below it
