Need to fit a new toilet seat but the current one had rusted bolts so it’s proving hard to remove

Toilet seat has detached from the bowl and needs replacing! I'll need someone to buy a replacement seat (perhaps after an initial visit to measure the seat) Or, if you could let me know what seat and hinges to buy, based on my photos, I can make sure everything is purchased ahead of you fixing this.

Attic ladder screws have loosened and need to be re-attached. Toilet seat has become loose and needs to be tightened.

I have tried fixing the toilet seat which should have been an easy job. However, the previous tenant have applied glue on the hinge which is why the screws cannot be seen. It will need replacing

Tenant has requested a new toilet seat (with a cover). I can measure and order the new seat, and will liase with the tenant / agent to gain access - and we will go together and you will remove the old one and attach the new. Please advise any additional materials that we will need.

2 of the windows stick & need to be fixed so that stops. I bought new toilet seats & I'm having trouble fitting them. I was told I'm not putting enough pressure on the screw as I'm putting it in.

1. Install toilet seat I need a new toilet seat installing, ideally someone with experience in installing them where the toilet bowl is enclosed (as in there’s no screws underneath to fasten / tighten it). My dad had a go the other day but wasn’t able to complete it, so the toilet seat is currently resting on the bowl and it’s not ideal. Can explain more over message / with the photos. 2. Install curtain pole. Again, my dad tried to do this the other day but he didn’t have his tools with him. The equipment needed is a drill that can drill into brick - one side is done (see photos) but we need the other side doing also. With the right tools this should be fairly straightforward but any questions please ask.

To install a toilet seat. One of the bolts from the broken seat still remains in the hole. It needs to be removed with a hacksaw or electric saw.

Toilet seat hinge replacement

The old seat has been in place for, we assume, many many years. We just cannot get the old fittings out. The screw just turns and turns, think it’s stuck in the fitting below it

The old fixings rusted. Needs new expansion bolts too.
