1. Install toilet seat I need a new toilet seat installing, ideally someone with experience in installing them where the toilet bowl is enclosed (as in there’s no screws underneath to fasten / tighten it). My dad had a go the other day but wasn’t able to complete it, so the toilet seat is currently resting on the bowl and it’s not ideal. Can explain more over message / with the photos. 2. Install curtain pole. Again, my dad tried to do this the other day but he didn’t have his tools with him. The equipment needed is a drill that can drill into brick - one side is done (see photos) but we need the other side doing also. With the right tools this should be fairly straightforward but any questions please ask.

Toilet seat has detached from the bowel and needs reattaching! If you could let me know what hinge to buy, based on my photos, I can make sure everything is purchased ahead of you fixing this.

looking for someone to fix a toilet seat, basically replace with the new one I have. A very easy job but the screw is rotten so cannot undo and replace it, might need to saw it. I am so clumsy that no way I do it.

Bring a drill, and possibly a cutter and pliers, to destroy and remove the pictured screw and its plastic expansion nut for a new fixture installation. The metallic hinge on top, which I couldn't remove with simple tools, may require a tool to get through. The screw currently rotates freely in both directions without progress. Attempts to rotate while pulling or to extract it with a nail extractor and brute force only resulted in cracking sounds from the bowl, with no success. It's likely the far side of the plastic insert broke loose and is moving with the screw. Please ensure to bring tools.
