I need the built in wardrobes removed from the bedroom, the walls to be re-plastered following this removal and the entire room re-painted. I’d also require the carpet to be removed and a replacement to be put down/ potentially new floorboards fitted depending on what we decide closer to the time.

Perfection needed - Remove one wall drywall and replace new drywall sheets - Will pay the rate of days work- Needs to be close joins done very well.

Remove door architrave cut out and remove some surrounding drywall - replace bit of drywall (the piece above door) fit new architrave …done

We would like our awning cleaned, repaired at one corner and reduced by 12 inches.

The end of the wall needs repairing it is a sloped wall and the bay needs re rendering both sides.

We have had our garage converted into annexe and need the outside finished. Prefer cladding to front of house and rendering to side.

Need an electric awning measuring 3 m * 2.5 m fitted above the garden patio door. Electrical power source is there.

I require someone who can create a built in look for my IKEA wardrobes. There will be 4 IKEA wardrobes in total and will require some carpentry to ensure that it is fitted to a base and closed off around the edges with MDF to give the look of a built in wardrobe.

1) Dismantle for reuse the left hand built in wardrobe (1st photo) in order to install plasterboard behind 2) dismantle box  and redundant pipes inside on left hand side of this built in wardrobe (client can dispose of rubbish) 3) Install on dot and dab basis insulated plasterboard (client to supply) behind where left hand built in wardrobe(1st foto) and at the back of right hand cupboard(2nd foto - no dismantling required other than ubhooking and rehooking quick release doors ) were 4) Cut a piece of offcut insulated plasterboard and screw with offcut plywood client would provide to ceiling where the box was removed.   5) Reduce the size of 2 skiting boards so they do not get in the way when the left hand wardrobe is re-installed against the plasterboard   6) Apply lining paper (client to supply) to the insulated plasterboard   7) Re-install left hand built in wardrobe against the insulated plasterboard, client will supply cut plywood pieces for the left hand shelve, as the original shelves will not be deep enough once the box is removed.   Client will empty the wardrobe before work starts.  Parking is available on driveway. Worker to supply fixings/screws in case not reusable and tools/mixer for the job. client to supply insulated plasterboard, plasterboard adhesives, lining paper and adhesives

1) Dismantle these 2 built in wardrobe on left hand side(first photo) for re-use 2) Remove the box and redundant pipes inside the box on the left hand side behind shelves (old guttering from roof which had long been replaced by external gutters) 3) Install on Dab & Dot basis insulated plasterboard (client to supply both- workman to cut & size) 4) Cut a small piece of off cut insulated plasterboard on the ceiling where the box was. 5) Cut to size and install insulated plasterboard on right hand cupboard (2nd photo- no dismantling required other than unhooking and re-hooking the doors from quick release hinge) on dot & dab basis (client to supply) 6)Apply lining paper to insulated plasterboard 7) Reduce the length of the 2 skirting boards such that they do not get in the way of the wardrobe door once reinstalled 8) Reinstall the dismantled wardrobe . Workman to supply screws/fixings in case they cannot be used and use longer/suitable screw/wall plug for the now thicker plasterboard behind. For the shelves, client will supply plywood boards cut to size as the existing ones will not be deep enough once the box is removed. 9) Workman to come equip with the the necessary tools & equipment such as mixer for the plasterboard adhesives. Both the wardrobe & cupboard will be emptied before workman arrive

I have recently bought an Awning and need it to be installed.

Large retractable awning. A seam has come apart. Perhape six feet long.

Garden planter render cracked, needs to be re rendered or possibly repaired with wood cladding instead

Render is loose around the hole drilled to install cavity wall insulation. Remove a minimum of 1 square foot, re-plaster and paint. Height is at 3 metres
