My TV broke, It was 13 years old so probably past it but thought it was worth a try. Jay was incredibly prompt and efficient. In the end we couldn't repair it, but he gave me a full account of what was needed to be done and the options and in the end we decided it was not worth it. But he did this in under 24 hours. Would recommend him and hire him again.

When I try to turn on my Samsung TV using the power button or remote, the screen briefly shows a dark navy color but never fully powers up. I just got a 55 inch TV for my new flat and I want it to go on the wall so the cats dont flip it. I have the bracket already. I dont know the type of wall unfortunately. But there are marks on it from the previous tenants tv, so it should be safe.
