We have a digital thermostat that seems to be on but the base unit it connects to has no lights on it. We can’t find out where it’s connected in terms of power supply etc as the wire just goes behind the boiler. We need someone to come in, identify the problem and then fix it. I’m flexible with the dates but the sooner the better as we have been without heating for some time now.
