Find an experienced local venetian blind repair expert in London

I've got venetian blinds that need to be installed in the living room and the bedroom and heavy shelves with a rail to be installed in the kitchen. Walls are made of drywall. The shelves are fairly heavy and will need to hold my pots and pans so they may need to be drilled into studs? I'd like a professional to help with this and advise.

The venetian blind in my room has come off the wall, the brackets need a wee readjustment to put the blinds back up. The blinds themselves are perfectly fine. I have just moved into the flat so don't have any DIY tools to fix this, any help would be so very much appreciated.
