We’re looking for an experienced builder/decorator to complete some work in our office. Scope of Work: ✅ Wall Repairs – Fill and tidy up drill holes in a partition wall where a wooden plank was previously mounted for a TV. ✅ Socket Removal – Remove a dual power socket, dual ethernet, and HDMI slot from the middle of a wall (please advise if terminating power cables is a complex job). ✅ Shelf Installation – Install two shelves on a very hard wall (previous attempts with a standard drill failed, so an SDS drill or similar is likely needed). ✅ Painting a Small Room – Prepare and paint an 11m² room (walls may need some prep). Timing & Access: 🕘 Work will need to take place over multiple days to allow for wall filling and drying before painting. 📍 Office near Old St, London 🚪 Access available 9 AM – 5 PM (limited availability outside these hours). Requirements: • Must have own tools, including a powerful drill (SDS or equivalent for shelf installation). • Experience with wall repair, decorating, and electrical work (if required for socket removal). • Able to complete work neatly and professionally in an office environment. Budget is a guide—please quote based on expected time and materials.

I would like some help assembling a flat pack 4-drawer dresser and a desk. I would also like some help hanging art on the walls.

I have several pictures that need mounting on the wall and will need the correct mounting and to be even when mounted

Job done halfway, needs picking up - drill 5 holes, needs super heavy duty drill and extra drill bits as wall is very hard and concrete. Holes require patching with filler and paint with white paint (paint provided) mount shelves as in photo
