The toilet itself is working from a plumbing perspective. But it is a wall hung style toilet, with a metal frame inside the cavity wall. The interior side of the cavity wall is plywood covered in granite tile. The bottom of the toilet has pressed against this, and broken through the tile and plywood. The wall and tile needs to be re-fixed in place.
