Hanging light objects: Dyson wall mounting and medal mounting

Hi, I have a NordMende built-in oven (model SO225IX), and after cooking incident (burnt chicken), there's a small area of exposed insulation just visible through a gap around the oven cavity that has a burnt smell. The oven works fine, is clean, and there's no damage to the wiring or heating elements. I’d just like to have that small burnt section of insulation removed to get rid of the lingering smell. I don’t need anything replaced—just a safe, quick removal of that bit if possible. The oven is still installed in the cabinet. Mount a TV on bracket. Install 2 airing cupboard shelves that first need a bit cutting off to fit space. Hang 4 other normal styles shelves and a couple of mirrors. Hang one clothes rail. I reckon this will take a couple hours.
Eduard did a great job putting up our shelves, even cutting some to size to fit an awkward cupboard space which now looks and functions great!. He mounted the tv expertly and was generally very quick, efficient and clearly an expert. Will definitely hire him again.

I would like to hang an ornate style mirror in my bathroom, the mirror is 104cm high x 63cm wide and weighs 9kg. I've tried drilling the wall myself using a bosch combi drill but cannot get the necessary depth to fit wall plugs and screws so I believe a masonry drill is needed.
