Want old paper off and put up new paper one bathroom wall wall is 70 ins wide

Three bedrooms need to have woodchip wallpaper stripped to leave a clean and smooth plaster layer ready to be painted.

Remove wood chip wallpaper that has been painted over in dining room, wallpaper in living room and hallway (up and downstairs including stairwell). Sand down walls in kitchen. Paint all of these rooms: downstairs and upstairs hallways, stairwell, dining room, living room, kitchen. Plaster walls where necessary. The main aim is to improve the quality of the walls and their aesthetic, as currently they are looking very old and grubby. Nice, flat, clean, bright walls, to make the space look fresh and clean are what we are looking for.

We need the chipboard removed from above our stairs ready for plastering and painting. We have done the lower floor hallway but are unable to reach the section above the stairs - Due date: Flexible

Walls are lath and plaster so some care is required - although room is likely to be replastered anyway.
