Leaking washing machine since yesterday, not a huge amount of water, a couple of hundred mls

The washing machine is currently tripping the break switch when running a cycle. Please could you help me sort this.

Some glass got into my dishwasher pipe so it floods when I turn it on. I believe this is causing an issue with my washing machine too which keeps tripping out when I turn it on. It does not dry anything too - everything sits in a puddle at the bottom. Need help on this so it is sorted for Thursday 3pm. Thanks!

Washing machine doesn’t seem to finish its cycle properly when on a full wash. It cuts out 10 mins before it’s finish time, there is excess water and is really hot. At some point we cleaned the bottom filter and there was a bit of plastic stuck in the bottom. We thought this was the issue but it came back again a couple of months later. Requires drill that’s able to cut larger holes (35mm diameter), spare wood and screwdriver. Task is to replace the cupboard door of Integrated washing machine which has come off. A wooden disk was used to fill a previous hole and this has splintered, causing the screw to come loose and the door to fall off. - Due date: Flexible
