Hoover washing machine said E03. YouTube’d it and drained the front, nothing was blocking it. Undid the pipe underneath and found bra wires. Put it back together and it still says e03 or e20. Need this fixed on the job so if someone has parts already that would be great

I’m looking for a handyman to help with an issue I'm having with my Baumatic BWD1212 washing machine. The machine filled up with water even though it was turned off, leading to a leak on the kitchen floor.
