John Lewis (AEG) branded washing machine has a fault. Water is leaking from the drawer during the wash cycle, I’ve run a rinse cycle to check, the drum completely fills with water and then the water starts leaking from the drawer. With a spin cycle, the water drains away, indicating there isn’t a blockage (I’ve checked the filter, it’s clean). Unsure what the fault could be. Machine is about 8 years old.

Near the end of the cycle it made a weird low sound ( not loud) like a humming vibration... the clothes were left wet and though the tank was not filled with water so I could take them out the section where you poor the liquid I can see the liquid has not been sucked in.... so now it doesn't work..
