My washing machine is not spinning at all, the laundry keeps coming out soaking wet. Maybe the bearings need tightening I’m not sure.

Our washing machine has broken and we have sourced a replacement which we need help installing Ideally help to collect machine and transport to 4th floor flat (no lift), remove old machine and install new one. We are on a tight budget so can arrange for machine to be made already available in our flat if the additional cost of collection would be significantly extra Thank you!

The hinges for the door that encloses where the washing machine is stored broke off due to rust. Some of the hinge is on the washing machine and the remainder on the door. They refuse to come off. I have got new hinges but unable to take off the old hinges, to then re-attach the door.

Hey there, We seem to have an issue with our washing machine. It’s making an extremely loud banging/scraping noise when it goes onto the spin cycle, but there doesn’t seem to be anything in there (such as a coin or similar). There’s an also a smell almost like burning plastic when it is on! The make is Indesit IWDC6125 Looking for someone to come take a look to see if it is fixable or might need to be replaced. I need my inbuilt washing machine to be taken out; so that the electrical repairman can access it and repair it. It is quite heavy and might need a 2 person job to just take it out; but the job should be quite simple. Some attached carpentry might need to be removed in the interim. Pictures attached.
