I need to install new washing machine And connection is a bit leaking

John Lewis (AEG) branded washing machine has a fault. Water is leaking from the drawer during the wash cycle, I’ve run a rinse cycle to check, the drum completely fills with water and then the water starts leaking from the drawer. With a spin cycle, the water drains away, indicating there isn’t a blockage (I’ve checked the filter, it’s clean). Unsure what the fault could be. Machine is about 8 years old.

The shoot is blocked doesn’t work when I turn on the switch I also think it is blocking my washing machine as well

I require the help of someone familiar with washing machines to install a new gasket. I believed I’d be able to manage in myself but I’m having difficulty. I’ve already taken off the old seal so all that needs doing is fitting the new gasket and inner and outer seals. I can take care of putting the panels back on. I have an integrated washing machine that needs to be detached and removed. Then a freestanding machine installed in its place. The freestanding machine is already unpacked in the kitchen. Ideally the old washing machine needs to be disposed of too. Which would require it being lifted up 10 stairs.

I need my new washing machine connected. The machine isn't directly next to the sink so I will need someone who can make a hole through the cupboards to allow the hoses to reach the sink.

Near the end of the cycle it made a weird low sound ( not loud) like a humming vibration... the clothes were left wet and though the tank was not filled with water so I could take them out the section where you poor the liquid I can see the liquid has not been sucked in.... so now it doesn't work.. I took the clothes out to dry but was wondering if somebody could come to check it out and possibly all it needs is a filter cleaned but I don't know how to access it.... - Due date: Needs to be done on Monday, 8 August 2022
