Sometimes there is water in my washing machine when it is not in use. The water stinks.

I have an integrated washing machine in my kitchen (see picture below). The front door (brand IKEA) was fitted with the kitchen but then, 1 year later, one of the hinge broke and the door felt down (I am talking about the door panel obvisouly, not the door of the washing machine itself !) I re-installed it myself, it lasted a few month and then broke again... This happened a few time and I would like to get someone who can fix it permanently. Under counter washing machine to be installed next to sink. There was no washing machine there before. Currently had an undercounter fridge. See pictures below for plumbing under sink and what is in place in an the space currently (shall fridge there at the minute)

I have recently had my washing machine and dryer installed in my cupboard. The washing machine is not level and moves considerably on the spin cycle.
