The washing machine seems to be working fine but once u put the clothes inside and wash, it will wash the clothes but the water won’t drain even after draining

My tenants have reported a problem with the washing machine at my flat in Peckham. The washing machine works as normal until it gets to the spin part of the cycle. When it gets to spin, the washing machine makes noise but does not spin. I'm looking for an appliance repair technician to have a look at the machine and hopefully fix it.

UPDATE it now looks like a broken seal. I'm ordering a spare. At the Burgess Park SE15 6NP a tenant reports the washing machine needs maintenance. I`m sourcing more information and a video but it sounds like the filter needs clearing is all. The tenant works night shifts and prefers appointments after midday.
