Hello, We have a new washing machine but after few loads the laundry started smelling bad. With the previous machine we didnt have such a problem. After installing this machine initially we noticed a bad smell coming out at the time the program was draining and the laundry would smell bad. But this is happens less so now. Also we have used washing machine cleaners and run a 90 degree programm and fixed the issue fr a few loads but after few loads the smell comes back again. I think it is an issue with the instalation and drainage. The pipe is about 2 meters long and runs behind the oven and dishwasher to reach and drain under the kitchen sink. But please as you would be the expert ask me questions to find out what the issue is. We need someone to troubleshoot and fix this issue.

I moved into this property with a CANDY CWB 110 washing machine, today when testing it, it doesn't start a cycle properly - the inner drum is not rotating but only making weird sounds.
