Machine machine needs to be taken up two flights of stairs, and then down one, and installed. Two man job

back of washing machine was leaking and has now been disconnected by building management and water to flat turned off. We want to reconnect those pipes and make sure they aren't going to leak again when water is turned on. Weird thing is nobody has used the machine for a long time, it was leaking without being used! Also there's a leak from the pipes under the sink which needs addressing please.
