Hello, I’m looking for a wedding day coordinator for my friend’s wedding in June 27 at Prince Regent Chigwell. The traditional ceremony starts at 9:30am and the civic will follow in the afternoon. Guests approx 220 A few more details to share: – help plan ahead, bounce of ideas and check that we haven’t missed any important details – ⁠day coordination (budget £600-£700) – ⁠Confirmed vendor are: Caterer, photographer/videography, DJ, MC, Drinks mgt) – ⁠Venue is providing round tables and chivary chairs, stage. We're having a wedding ceremony in the Myatts Field Park bandstand on 2nd August with around 120 guests. We'd like to serve everyone Aperol Spritz after the ceremony and need some help preparing, serving and tidying up the drinks. We will supply all the equipment and ingredients - the job will be to mix the drinks, collect and clean the glasses afterwards and supervise the collection of the equipment in the afternoon.
