To take pictures from an afternoon wedding happening indoors (possible photos to be taken outside next to the river, depending on weather)

I need to move wedding decorations from home to venue. Will include, 5 folding tables, plates, glasses (packed in crates) flowers, tablecloths, etc. Small van should suffice, can load and unload van myself if needed.

I'd like to propose to my girlfriend at golders green park in the historical bit where the old buildings are. I'm looking for someone to wait at the right spot and capture the magical moments. Probably 30 mins of actual photoshooting. Looking for semi-pro or pro photographer who can take a small selection of nice photos and deliver some bokeh. I'd like some light editing to be done and emailed the photos after. Date and time to be agreed.

Wedding coordination on the day - at a restaurant but need support managing suppliers. Support laying table settings, ensuring cake arrives and is set up, musicians are able to set up in the right place, etc

We need help with setting up a wedding venue with the decorations so it will be ready for when guests arrive e.g. arranging flowers on tables, setting up place cards. Previous wedding set up experience would be great.

Need to heat up some canapes/finger foods (around 160) in batches and plate them nicely when guests arrive. Also need help with a few other tasks such as clearing/cleaning the serving trays after the party, packing leftover wedding cake/food in takeaway boxes for guests etc. Event date: Saturday 20 July 2024 Time: 12:30 for approx 3 hours

We're having a wedding ceremony in the Myatts Field Park bandstand on 2nd August with around 120 guests. We'd like to serve everyone Aperol Spritz after the ceremony and need some help preparing, serving and tidying up the drinks. We will supply all the equipment and ingredients - the job will be to mix the drinks, collect and clean the glasses afterwards and supervise the collection of the equipment in the afternoon.
