We have a problem with latency and speed on our WiFi and need it fixing. We are with BT fibre 2 with 74mb. We would like someone to look at the router and if it needs replacing and if a new mesh WiFi might make things better. According to BT engineer that came the brand new surface pro must have a rubbish WiFi card which is not helpful. The job is to look at current setup and identify solutions for more stable and fast WiFi connectivity and set it up to make it work. We have a BT smart hub type A and attached is a mesh WiFi 6 which does not operate well with BT router hence the idea to switch it out.
