I have bought 2 bronze barrel-style window stops to replace old ones, which now need screwing into a sash window frame. It should be straightforward. You can see from the photos we had to remove old ones because we lost the key so the new holes will go under the circles you see in the photos. It should involve drilling 2 holes and screwing the barrels into the frame so that the stopper can prevent the window from opening past a certain point. I’ve just moved out my flat before it sells and need to repair a few holes/marks on the wall. I have the correct paint for some touch ups, but also need a small repair to a wooden window frame which I presume will require some wood filler (I don’t have this). So you will need to bring wall filler, wood filler, and any tools, I’ll provide the paint.

We have a hardwood bay window, made of hardwood, with Aluminium inner framed glass. The glass is in excellent condition and most of the frames are good, but some of the frames at the bottom in the middle of the window have some dry rot and are soft and the outside window sills need replacing. We are looking for a skilled carpenter to remove Aluminium framed glass then remove and replace any rotten wood and replace it with new hardwood. Finally reinstall the Aluminium framed glass.

We need our front outdoor window frames smartening up. They currently have cracked, chipped paint which reveals the white under paint. Filler needs to be applied to the cracks and paint matching the current colour applied to this.

Following a bathroom renovation, we need to finish the repair of the 2 windows. There is a missing wooden panel at the bottom of the larger window which will need replacing. We will also need to ensure the window opens which it currently does not. Assumed lock issue from previous owner. Once done, we need to paint the 2 windows in white - we shall provide the paint and gloss.

The windows doesn't hold itself up when opened up, window counterbalance needs to be replaced, for 3 windows. One of the windows is coming out of the frame One of the windows panel is almost broken. There are three different problems to be addressed, Please find photos attached for all three of them. Additional request; There is some extra space outside 4 of the 7 windows we have, more like window sill which needs to be cleaned, there's a lot of twigs/pebbles etc collected on it.
