Window handle is broken and needs replacing (double glazed living room window)

I have bought 2 bronze barrel-style window stops to replace old ones, which now need screwing into a sash window frame. It should be straightforward. You can see from the photos we had to remove old ones because we lost the key so the new holes will go under the circles you see in the photos. It should involve drilling 2 holes and screwing the barrels into the frame so that the stopper can prevent the window from opening past a certain point. I need a small van to deliver a window frame and one window glass from SW11 area to Belvedere DA17 area.

Two external, wooden sash windows (ground floor) and one wooden, sash set of bifolding doors need the frames sanded in order to prep them for painting

Its a total of 2 door frames without a door (as attached), 3 doorframes with a door (as attached) and then a series of window frames (note, I only want to repaint the white). There is a large window with a terrace door in the living room, two windows with a ledge in the bedrooms and a small window with a ledge in the kitchen (590 wide, 320 depth , 1200 window height). I would provide the paint. Something to note is we will need plaster to repair one of the bedroom window ledges (see picture attached, can you provide the plaster for this ?) I can provide parking, with a maximum height of 2.2m.

We would like the roof tiles repainted on the first floor and our outside window frame painted on the second floor. There is access to get out of the second floor window to paint and almost half could be painted from the inside. Both areas we would like painted are circled in red.
