Top half of one sash drops slightly so window can't be locked

Supply and replace window bay hinges in bedroom (top and bottom hinges). For both sides (2 windows).

I would like to move my top window Operator Chain Opener to the side wall. Currently positioned inside the window frame and my blinds constantly get caught on it, which is what I'm trying to avoid. The operator chain opener is for the top windows which are around 4-5 metres high. The wires run down from the top windows down to the bottom. Please see photo. I've marked in red where I would like the operator to be moved to. Thanks.

The issue is that the closing mechanism on the superior hinge is faulty or broke and the window does not shut properly leaving a gap which increases from bottom to top.

I'd like to install three sets of locking secure stops across two sash windows. I have one set of two installed previously, meaning the bottom sash in one room can only be lifted about 15cm. I'd like to do the same to the top sash of the same window . I'd then also like to install four more stops to get another window to the same state, where both the top and the bottom sash can only be moved by 15cm

Bathroom double glazed window requires handle replaced and locking mechanism fixed. I can supply the handle. Subject to price, there are other 7 other handles that require replacing, with one of those also requiring the locking mechanism fixed.

We are the letting management agent of this apartment. There are leaking from windows in bedroom and kitchen. 1. Inside the bedroom, leaking coming from window, water and wind are coming in making it wet and cold. Wind comes in all the time, however water only started last night/this morning but it severe. Leaking in on going. 2. In the kitchen, some water coming in through kitchen windows, not sure if this has been ongoing but the amount of water was less than in the bedroom. Leaking in on going. I need assistance with the following tasks at a property in Peckham Rye: - Replace downstairs cloakroom mixer tap with similar equivalent tap - Repair /replace downstairs cloakroom door latch (current latch becomes stuck) - Refix loose double powerpoint that has come away from wall in front living room next to couch - Replace silicone sealant around downstairs shower tray and upstairs bathroom around bath - Troubleshoot / replace (probably need to replace) bathroom fans in downstairs cloakroom and upstairs bathroom to be more effective / draw more air - Fix / tighten loose window handle in back upstairs bedroom - Add 2 missing cupboard knobs in back upstairs bedroom (just small plain round knobs to pull, not latched. There are currently some slightly enlarged holes where the knobs should be.) - Secure a fence panel that has come unstuck in the back garden (does not need to be pretty, just neat and effective) You will need to coordinate with tenants to access as I am currently overseas. I have bought 2 bronze barrel-style window stops to replace old ones, which now need screwing into a sash window frame. It should be straightforward. You can see from the photos we had to remove old ones because we lost the key so the new holes will go under the circles you see in the photos. It should involve drilling 2 holes and screwing the barrels into the frame so that the stopper can prevent the window from opening past a certain point. I’ve also included a photo of another window to show you what it will look like when complete. Thanks

We need a handyman to just put a few things right for our end of tenancy: - Take down 2xblackout blinds and rehang the old ones - Touchup the paint from the blackout blinds. - Quick touch up of paint on some skirting’s and one door from cat scratching it (may need a quick sand/buff but we have all paint just need paintbrush etc) - Rehang TV on wall (I can assist with lifting it) This is just so we get our deposit back we don’t need a fancy job here just a quick touch up. Job can be done within the next 2 weeks.

Hi, we would need someone who can procure and install 90 degree hinges on 2 windows we have (see pictures). Existing hinges are 31cmx1.5cm and the new hinge already installed in one of the windows is 41cmx1.5cm (see pictures)
