I require 8 x window vents to be changed on a ground floor flat.

Window dropped. Hard to open and close

In an emergency to access my flat I had to break the window to get let into the flat door to open it.

Looking for someone to put epdm rubber on a bay window roof - I already have the epdm

I think what's called the friction stay has broken. It's the hinge that closes the window. It has come away from the frame and now will not lie flat, meaning I cannot fully close the window.
