Hire a trusted window repair service in Hertfordshire

Have 10 window vents that needed to be fitted into existing window frames. Will probably need to be done from inside and outside on a ladder. Ideally someone with experience doing this in the past and has the tools and knowledge.

Window opens on a hinge on the left side. When the handle is unlocked and turned, a sliding mechanism unlocks at the top of the frame. This should happen at the bottom too, but it appears the 'sliding' or 'unhooking' mechanism is jammed at the bottom only

Air vent pipe needs re-routing through external window. New window with hole cut already provided. Plastic pipe needs replacing and fixing to top right corner of new glass panel, which will replace that in the pictures.
