When there was a storm it has blown the window in! It fell, didn't break though. Managed to push it through, but it is broken still and needs fixing

Fix windows and make good wood and paint

The windows and patio doors in the house I rent are extremely draughty, causing my energy bills to rise. The gasket seals are either flattened or missing, so I believe they need replacing to fix the issue, but I’d like an expert opinion. I’ve reviewed multiple samples and identified the gasket seal size as F130, but I’d like the person taking on the job to confirm this before purchasing new seals, just in case I’m mistaken. The gasket seal samples are still at the house. There are 6 windows and 2 patio doors in total. My landlady will cover the cost of any supplies needed to complete the job. The goal is to make the windows and patio doors airtight, eliminating the draughts. The house is in Canonbury, on a private, gated road, with plenty of free parking right outside the front door.

I have bought 2 bronze barrel-style window stops to replace old ones, which now need screwing into a sash window frame. It should be straightforward. You can see from the photos we had to remove old ones because we lost the key so the new holes will go under the circles you see in the photos. It should involve drilling 2 holes and screwing the barrels into the frame so that the stopper can prevent the window from opening past a certain point. I’ve also included a photo of another window to show you what it will look like when complete. Thanks
