Hire a trusted window repair service in De Beauvoir Town

I have 2x boxes for a 2 piece sofa. One is 54kg and one is 40kg. They didn't fit through the door, but they will fit this window. I'm looking for someone with a decent ladder to help me get it in. My plan is to lay the ladder from the window, then tie climbing rope to the box, and one person pulls it sliding up the ladder and the other pushes from the bottom. I have climbing rope and tape etc but not a decent ladder. I reckon it would take me + 1 or 2 people about 15 mins.

The sash window cord has broken on an old Victorian window. I have replacement cord but it needs someone who is familiar with repairing these types of windows to do the actual repair

It would be great if you would also be able to re-attach the railings once the windows have been updated (so this would involve coming back the following week), but let me know if you don't think it is feasible (the railing appears to be embedded in the concrete wall).
