Top half of one sash drops slightly so window can't be locked

I'd like to install three sets of locking secure stops across two sash windows. I have one set of two installed previously, meaning the bottom sash in one room can only be lifted about 15cm. I'd like to do the same to the top sash of the same window . I'd then also like to install four more stops to get another window to the same state, where both the top and the bottom sash can only be moved by 15cm

Hello, we are dealing with a significant water ingress problem at the property. Water is entering the front room from outside, seeping under the window sill, and running down the internal wall. The skirting board has begun to pull away from the wall, and it seems water may have flowed beneath the flooring. Although the gutter outside was cleared last week, it appears that a blockage in the lower pipe might be causing water to overflow. This requires an inspection and same-day repair of the damage. Window handle has come off cannot fix back on

Aluminium tilt and turn window is stuck in the closed position. And the closed position has a gap - allowing air and noise into the room. The handle moves, but nothing happens. I would like to get the window fixed.

I have 2x boxes for a 2 piece sofa. One is 54kg and one is 40kg. They didn't fit through the door, but they will fit this window. I'm looking for someone with a decent ladder to help me get it in. My plan is to lay the ladder from the window, then tie climbing rope to the box, and one person pulls it sliding up the ladder and the other pushes from the bottom. I have climbing rope and tape etc but not a decent ladder. I reckon it would take me + 1 or 2 people about 15 mins.

Window mechanism broken so does not fully work. Piece missing.

So two things with the window: You can see it shifted left by the first photo and then a small gap on the right hand side at the bottom. Then there is the lock - the handle doesn’t seem to engage the mechanism that controls the locking pins that slide into the metal groves around the frame. So it needs someone who can adjust aluminium frames windows and work on the locking mech.

Our skylight seems to be leaking, need it to be inspected and see what the issue may be. Potentially sealant. Damp would need to be fixed and cleaned.

I have moved to my new flat and both bedrooms windows do not fully close. I have applied GT85 oil everywhere but still doesn’t close. I believe that it need adjustment to fit properly. The windows is a VELFAC 200 Reversible window. The flat is a 4th floor.

My boys have bent the metal window hinge and i want them replaced, in tow differet rooms. See the pictures below.

This is a Victorian flat conversion building so the windows have the old sash frame + front glazing, both of which should be able to slide up and down to open, one side has broken/got out of sync with the mechanism, so one side is stuck and one side is permanently open. Please note I can only pay the amount if the window can be fixed

One window is jammed, it can only open slightly, we think the hinge has been bent. The other window is just the top window, one of the hinges has come loose so it is partially hanging

Hi, we would need someone who can procure and install 90 degree hinges on 2 windows we have (see pictures). Existing hinges are 31cmx1.5cm and the new hinge already installed in one of the windows is 41cmx1.5cm (see pictures)
