1.) Door to shed is rotten, needs replacing 2.) Door to study has a gap at bottom, needs replacing 3.) Door to bathroom sticks and needs to be realigned 4.) Last door in sliding door array sticks in summer, needs to be realigned - it's a heavy metal door 5.) Other doors are all fine but would like each to be checked and tweaked if necessary - there are seven others 6.) There's a gap in the skirting board which needs fixing

one kitchen cupboard door is 'hanging off' and one kitchen cupboard door is off and needs to be put back again. These are small doors which fit the kitchen cupboards - not the main kitchen door. There is no main kitchen door. I will be putting my flat up for sale next week so I would like this done - asap please

Sliding patio door is stiff to slide, it’s 25yrs old, just like to know if it can be repaired

I have 2x boxes for a 2 piece sofa. One is 54kg and one is 40kg. They didn't fit through the door, but they will fit this window. I'm looking for someone with a decent ladder to help me get it in. My plan is to lay the ladder from the window, then tie climbing rope to the box, and one person pulls it sliding up the ladder and the other pushes from the bottom. I have climbing rope and tape etc but not a decent ladder. I reckon it would take me + 1 or 2 people about 15 mins.

1. Reattach loose cupboard door to integrated washing machine all parts available except for metal plate to go on door where screws no longer will securely screw into the MDF. 2. Fit pop up waste (supplied) to ensuite sink. 3. Fit replacement waste cover (supplied) to ensuite shower tray. 4. Fit new pop up bath plug (supplied). 5. Quote for replacement of broken tiles and warped baseboard in kitchen after previous minor leak.

Need cat flap installing in UPVC panel door

I need someone to install a ring doorbell at my parents home.

I have an integrated fridge freezer where the wooden kitchen cabinets attach to the fridge door to open and close. The upper fridge compartment cupboard door hinge has broken so atm I have to open the cupboard door (thats on a broken hinge) then open the fridge door. I have a replacement hinge for the door but to fix I think the job requires 1) removing the fridge door itself as you can't get to the cupboard door hinge properly with it on 2) fit the new hinge onto the cupboard door 3) refit the fridge door 4) line up the slider thing that attaches the cupboard door to the fridge door. I'm usually okay at DIY but I just don't have the confidence/ time to get this right. It has to be precisely done because otherwise the fridge may not close properly. Thanks in advance for looking Ps I have 2 friendly cats in case any taskers have allergies.

I have an outdoor tap with a tap lock on it but it’s gotten stuck and won’t come off. Need someone with plumbing experience to help me remove it.

I need assistance with the following tasks at a property in Peckham Rye: - Replace downstairs cloakroom mixer tap with similar equivalent tap - Repair /replace downstairs cloakroom door latch (current latch becomes stuck) - Refix loose double powerpoint that has come away from wall in front living room next to couch - Replace silicone sealant around downstairs shower tray and upstairs bathroom around bath - Troubleshoot / replace (probably need to replace) bathroom fans in downstairs cloakroom and upstairs bathroom to be more effective / draw more air - Fix / tighten loose window handle in back upstairs bedroom - Add 2 missing cupboard knobs in back upstairs bedroom (just small plain round knobs to pull, not latched. There are currently some slightly enlarged holes where the knobs should be.) - Secure a fence panel that has come unstuck in the back garden (does not need to be pretty, just neat and effective) You will need to coordinate with tenants to access as I am currently overseas. I have provided some pictures but I don't have shots of everything currently - apologies for the quality of a couple of these. Please let me know if you have any questions.
