garage door cable needs fixing, coil spring needs to be tensioned then cable fitted. It's a classic garage door with a wound spring on to with a mtal cable wound onto the end of the spring on end side and fixed to the bottom kf the door running on guides supporting the weight of the door when being opened and closed. Just needs a new cable after spring being retentioned

The existing Matki shower door which is a bifold fitted between 2 tiled walls has come off its runners. Matki advise that they cannot obtain replacement parts as it is 20 years old. I therefore either need it repaired (unlikely) or taken out and a complete new one supplied and fitted.

1/ the front door is letting in cold air - needs draught excluding applied to the whole door. Also needs to replace the letterbox as this is broken and letting in air. Also, needs silicone applying around the door, where there are cracks. 2/ around all 6 windows in the flat, need to remove and apply new silicone to make the windows airtight - currently these are letting in lots of cold air. 6 windows in total (one is a big bay window). Need to provide MATERIALS as well as the tools please.
