Fix heater to wall with brackets and screws I have, fix canvas to wall with 4 screws into eyelets, re-track sliding door of three door wardrobe

The window over my kitchen sink is letting in a huge draft and I believe that the hinges need replacing because athough it is closing at the handle it is not closed at the bottom corner
