We also have a front door deadlock that is very stiff that we need to fix. We would also have outside lights that need changing and a toilet seat that is loose that would need fixing.

Changing door handles, needs hols drilling Hanging up 3 mirrors, some pictures etc. one of mirrors is heavy. Access to boiler is partly blocked. It has cabinet built around it with in built shelf blocking access to taps for service. Shelf needs to be removed, or hacksaw - looks like plywood.

We recently had a survey done on our bay window in Balham and it requires the following The arch of the first-floor front bay displayed minor movement, accompanied by a hairline crack at the right-end bearing area and fractured brickwork at the left-end bearing area. We advise the replacement of the broken soldier brick on the first floor lintel.
