Changing door handles, needs hols drilling Hanging up 3 mirrors, some pictures etc. one of mirrors is heavy. Access to boiler is partly blocked. It has cabinet built around it with in built shelf blocking access to taps for service. Shelf needs to be removed, or hacksaw - looks like plywood.

We advise the replacement of the broken soldier brick on the first floor lintel.
