Fit pop up waste (supplied) to ensuite sink. 3. Fit replacement waste cover (supplied) to ensuite shower tray. 4. Fit new pop up bath plug (supplied). 5. Quote for replacement of broken tiles and warped baseboard in kitchen after previous minor leak.
Outstanding. Tasks done in 2 days. An excellent communicator. My tenants said tasks were completed efficiently and to a high standard. Practical recommendations about the electrical installation drawn from Metin's considerable experience. My task was carpentry, plumbing and electrical. It was great to have a single tradesperson to do all 3 and thereby minimise disruption for the tenants. Metin will be the first I consider for all my future jobs.
