There's a door frame outside of the toilet that is rotting. There's a blackish mold on the side of the wall adjacent to the frame and the bottom of the door frame is starting to disintegrate. I have no idea what is causing this. I need the entire thing removed and it'll be great if the problem can also be diagnosed i.e. what's causing this and applying a fix.
