Sliding door of my wardrobe. The wheels seems to have poped out of the rail (see picture. Not sure if the mecanism is broken. Doors are made of glass and wood so they are very heavy and I can't move them by myself.

The front steps over the basement area entrance needs 1. Retiling, 2 an upright metal bar refixed, 3 the whole thing made sound and waterproof. The missing tiles are all available but will need to be cleaned up of grout. In heavy rain water pours through the whole structure and soaks the front door and door frame to the basement flat below. I’m int interested in getting quotes from people who can clearly show they’ve got substantial experience of doing the sort of job successfully.

I have an internal door that is not in use anymore which I would like to get rid of, so would like to get it collected from 3rd floor flat (with lift). It's an FD30 door, 835mm wide similar to the one shown in the photo but already unmounted and hinges / handles removed. Just needs to be taken away.
