Handle man to fix some door handles. One in particular has come off and another is a bit stiff. Open to offers need to get done within the next week.

Last door in sliding door array sticks in summer, needs to be realigned - it's a heavy metal door 5.) Other doors are all fine but would like each to be checked and tweaked if necessary - there are seven others 6.) There's a gap in the skirting board which needs fixing

I have 2x boxes for a 2 piece sofa. One is 54kg and one is 40kg. They didn't fit through the door, but they will fit this window. I'm looking for someone with a decent ladder to help me get it in. My plan is to lay the ladder from the window, then tie climbing rope to the box, and one person pulls it sliding up the ladder and the other pushes from the bottom. I have climbing rope and tape etc but not a decent ladder. I reckon it would take me + 1 or 2 people about 15 mins.

Repair for the sliding doors in wardrobe

1. Reattach loose cupboard door to integrated washing machine all parts available except for metal plate to go on door where screws no longer will securely screw into the MDF. 2. Fit pop up waste (supplied) to ensuite sink. 3. Fit replacement waste cover (supplied) to ensuite shower tray. 4. Fit new pop up bath plug (supplied). 5. Quote for replacement of broken tiles and warped baseboard in kitchen after previous minor leak.

I have an outdoor tap with a tap lock on it but it’s gotten stuck and won’t come off. Need someone with plumbing experience to help me remove it.

I need assistance with the following tasks at a property in Peckham Rye: - Replace downstairs cloakroom mixer tap with similar equivalent tap - Repair /replace downstairs cloakroom door latch (current latch becomes stuck) - Refix loose double powerpoint that has come away from wall in front living room next to couch - Replace silicone sealant around downstairs shower tray and upstairs bathroom around bath - Troubleshoot / replace (probably need to replace) bathroom fans in downstairs cloakroom and upstairs bathroom to be more effective / draw more air - Fix / tighten loose window handle in back upstairs bedroom - Add 2 missing cupboard knobs in back upstairs bedroom (just small plain round knobs to pull, not latched. There are currently some slightly enlarged holes where the knobs should be.) - Secure a fence panel that has come unstuck in the back garden (does not need to be pretty, just neat and effective) You will need to coordinate with tenants to access as I am currently overseas. I have bought 2 bronze barrel-style window stops to replace old ones, which now need screwing into a sash window frame. It should be straightforward. You can see from the photos we had to remove old ones because we lost the key so the new holes will go under the circles you see in the photos. It should involve drilling 2 holes and screwing the barrels into the frame so that the stopper can prevent the window from opening past a certain point. I’ve also included a photo of another window to show you what it will look like when complete. Thanks

6 internal doors need hanging and handles fitted. Bathroom room handle will have lock that needs fitted. Door dimensions 30x78 x5 doors 21x78 x1 small cupboard Doors, hinges and handles will be purchased by myself...one door may need to be cut down as is smaller than a standard door.

We need a handyman to just put a few things right for our end of tenancy: - Take down 2xblackout blinds and rehang the old ones - Touchup the paint from the blackout blinds. - Quick touch up of paint on some skirting’s and one door from cat scratching it (may need a quick sand/buff but we have all paint just need paintbrush etc) - Rehang TV on wall (I can assist with lifting it) This is just so we get our deposit back we don’t need a fancy job here just a quick touch up. Job can be done within the next 2 weeks.

The internal handle of my apartment door no longer works. Pressing it down does not move the latch (external handle still works). The door has ezcurra multi bolt lock - however I think the handle is completely separate. You will need to remove the ezcurra overlay panel on the side of the door to access the latch. May need a replacement handle entirely but can discuss further.
