First, one of our cupboard door hinges is loose. The screw pad underneath has broken, which caused the door to come off. The holes in the cupboard where the hinge was attached are now too loose, so it needs someone to assess the situation and fix it effectively. The toilet leaks somewhere at the back after 3 or so uses…The rubber O ring/gasket between the cistern and pan, the flush valve, and the metal bracket that holds the two together was rusted out so replaced it and used brass screws to secure it to the wall as someone in the past had used steel and they had rusted away. But it’s leaking again now. We would also like a hook put on the wall to hold the door open, it was on the wall before but has fallen off!
