The kitchen cupboard doors have sagged and don’t close properly so need to be tightened I think. The pushbutton plug in the sink has sprung out and won’t go back in so I think it will need to be replaced. Also the extractor fan in the bathroom has stopped working so I think needs to be replaced also. Pending permission from the landlord, it would be great if you could also drill a key safe outside the flat with a combination lock. It would be great if you could look at the kitchen sink too which I think needs a valve replaced. I can try and get all the parts in advance.
