Hello I've got two issues with a window / door unit that lead to my balcony The door still functions but I can see the top hinge is starting to move out of alignment which is then making the door quite stiff to operate, especially to lock. To the left of the unit is a window which (as with all the windows in this apartment) and also open as if it was a door. Upon trying to close the window from door mode, there was a screw which was preventing the hinge mechanism from closing as it should. Whilst the screw has been removed, the hinge is now in the incorrect position and so needs resetting so the window can seal shut again. At present the window opens in window mode but not only partially in fully open mode.
