I’m looking for someone very experienced with installing door closures. The holes have been pre drilled in door and frame (new door and done by company), however the mechanism doesn’t work when I connect (door does not open). It’s possible the pre drilled holes are in wrong place (company mistake if so and seems odd) or hydraulic mechanism is upside down (I installed this so maybe my mistake?). I have put pictures below.
