I need to replace 4 internal doors, 1 needs to be a fire door and 3 need to be "solid". This is following an HMO inspection. The fire door needs to have intumescent strips and cold smoke seals fitted, as well as a self closing mechanism. I don't have the measurements of the doors unfortunately, as the flat is tenanted. So it will probably involve an initial visit to have a look and plan what materials are needed. Please let me know how much you think it would be?
