I am selling the flat and need to get it ready to go on the market. The whole flat needs to be painted (2 bed - 1 large 1 small, open kitchen and living, hall, all inc ceilings). The shower door has fallen off the fixture and needs to be repaired. The door catches are also no longer working and need to be fixed (3 total). I have a doubled sliding door mirrored wardrobe. I want a repair on one of the doors with a small crack near the bottom.

Help to remove upvc door panel (to measure/prep for a dog door). Majority sealing removed and it is lose/moving.

The entrance door does not close properly. It hangs on 4 hinges. The middle 2 hinges seem to work fine but the top and bottom hinges make the door pop out. There are some secondhand hinges in a padded bag in the kitchen sink, I don’t have a nail gun so I can’t do it at home.
